Capital Community Management is a Tallahassee based management company that deals primarily with homeowners associations.  They hired Capital Data Studio to do re-design their outdated website last year and re-approached us when needing a custom software package to handle their customer’s annual dues payments.
Management companies are finding that their customers are increasingly clamoring for conveniences that they have become accustomed to from entities such as banks, utility and phone companies. Â Specifically, customers are becoming accustomed to logging into an online system to download invoices and pay bills. Â Capital Community Management wanted to provide a way to maintain an owner’s database online with current invoices and the ability for them to pay their invoices.
The new billing system we created for them does this and much more!
It includes features such as:

- The ability to upload current invoices for each customer.
- Quick filtering to find owner’s records quickly.
- The ability to quickly send a customer an e-mail from the administration section.
- Provides a separate customer log-in area.

- Automatically updates customer’s account when payment is processed.
The system is completely web-based and is adaptable to a wide array of custom uses.
